Overview

Functional Description

The PCF8563T-5 contains a real-time clock/calendar and 256 bytes of user RAM. The clock/calendar can be programmed in either 12-hour or 24-hour format. The device features an alarm, timer, and update ended interrupt, as well as a programmable clock output that can be set to 32.768 kHz, 1 Hz, 4 Hz, 8 Hz, or 16 Hz.
